BijouMusic

A local music & SFX library built for video editing — tag it, preview it, and drag it straight into your Premiere timeline without leaving your desktop.

🗂️

Real library, not a folder

Recursive scanning, tags with sections, favorites/energy ratings, aliases — and tracks stay tagged even after you move or rename the underlying file.

🌊

Waveform & live visualizers

Click-to-seek waveform playback, non-destructive in/out preview ranges, and a reactive ring/spectrum/spectrogram that all color themselves from a track's tags.

🎬

Non-destructive Premiere import

A trimmed clip lands on your timeline without ripple-pushing anything — drag its edge later and the full original file is still there behind it.

Timeline selection tools

Batch gain, pitch randomization, nudge/stagger, native ripple-delete silence cutting, and LUFS-based loudness normalize — right from a Premiere panel.

Download straight into the library

Paste a URL, pick a folder, and it's imported, optionally with the source thumbnail embedded as cover art — tag and rate it before you even close the dialog.

🔍

Search that stays out of your way

Fuzzy search across filenames, aliases, and tags, with a per-search blacklist so one huge SFX folder doesn't drown out everything else.

Most editors end up with a folder of downloaded music and SFX with no good way to search it — messy filenames, no tagging, and dragging things into Premiere either destructively trims them or shoves the whole timeline forward. BijouMusic is a from-scratch answer to that: a fast local library with real tagging, waveform previews, and a Premiere integration that actually behaves.
